Welcome to LIDLY. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LIDLY website and your purchase of products from LIDLY.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About LIDLY

LIDLY is an online store offering laptop skins and related products to customers in Pakistan.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, designs, descriptions, and specifications accurately.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, and display settings.

Laptop skins are designed for the laptop size or model selected by the customer. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size or model when placing an order.

3. Custom Skins

LIDLY may offer customers the option to upload their own image or design for a Custom Skin.

By uploading a design, you confirm that:

• You have the necessary rights or permission to use the design.
• Your uploaded content does not knowingly violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Your uploaded content does not contain unlawful material.

LIDLY reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Custom Skin order if the submitted design cannot reasonably be produced or if we have a legitimate reason to believe that the content violates applicable law or third-party rights.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we may contact you to confirm order details, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders.

LIDLY reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Product unavailability
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
• Delivery limitations
• Problems with a Custom Skin design
• Other legitimate business or legal reasons

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and the payment method used.

5. Prices and Payment

All product prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery and other payment methods made available on the website.

Payment processing through third-party providers may be subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made when the order is delivered.

Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information and remain available to receive the order.

LIDLY may contact customers to confirm a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch.

Repeated refusal, non-acceptance, or misuse of Cash on Delivery services may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery within Pakistan where our available courier services operate.

Estimated delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary because of:

• Courier delays
• Weather
• Public holidays
• Address or contact issues
• Remote-area delivery
• Other circumstances outside LIDLY’s reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect information was provided or the customer is unavailable to receive the order, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply where applicable.

8. Free Delivery Offers

From time to time, LIDLY may offer promotional free-delivery codes or offers.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:

• May be limited to specific locations or customers
• May have expiry dates
• May require a minimum order value
• May be subject to other conditions displayed with the promotion

For example, a coupon specifically advertised for NUST delivery is intended only for eligible NUST deliveries.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

Products returned without meeting the applicable return conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Custom Skin products may be subject to different return conditions because they are produced using customer-provided designs.

10. Application Kit

Where advertised, LIDLY may include a free application kit with eligible laptop skin purchases.

The contents of the application kit may vary depending on availability.

Any free item included with a purchase has no separate cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Customer Accounts

If you create an account on LIDLY, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure.

You should notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, misuse of the website, or violations of these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

The LIDLY name, logo, website design, original graphics, product descriptions, photographs, text, and other original materials provided by LIDLY are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit LIDLY’s website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Customer-Submitted Content

When you upload content for a Custom Skin, you retain your rights in that content.

You grant LIDLY permission to use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to process, manufacture, fulfill, and support your Custom Skin order.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit the content.

14. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Provide knowingly false information
• Attempt to interfere with website security or operation
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Use the website to conduct fraudulent activities
• Abuse promotional offers or discount codes
• Upload unlawful content

15. Third-Party Services

LIDLY may use third-party services such as payment providers, courier companies, hosting providers, analytics services, authentication providers, and other technical services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
